At Bread & Honey Cafe we make a number of savory pastries including kolaches, spanakopita, frittatas, empanadas, galettes and sfeeha.

Kolaches

Kolaches (co-la-chee) are savory pastries that some say originated in the Czech Republic. Our Northwest take on the Kolache is made with Zenner's Sausage Company sausage, and a sweet yeasted dough that is brushed with honey!

One last thing – our Kolaches also go great with one of the craft beers that we have on tap!

Sfeeha

Sfeeha

Sfeeha is a Mediterranean meat pie that some say originated in Lebanon.
The sfeeha pictured above is a beef sfeeha is made with toasted walnuts, golden raisins, cilantro, onions, allspice, and yogurt!
